Time for a quick catch up. Came back a day early from Skye as I was about to commit murder, the person I was helping was driving me up the wall. DD2 had a great time playing on the quad she set her phone for 3.30am every day to go and check the sheep. Couldn't believe how many deer were out and about. They're mahoosive compared to the ones here.

OH was pleased to see me back, he's really busy at the moment which is good news and he still isn't home yet. Went out with the badminton crowd to a local pubs Thai night had a great time and DS1 was chauffeur for the night. He was grumbling about late nights and curfews but he did it.

DD1 did her abseil off the Middlesborough Transporter bridge. Took us about 3 hours to get there, for her to dangle off a rope!!! It looks like she should have the money raised for the final installment which is due on the 11th of May. Got to save up for the injections, last bit of kit and spending money.

It's DD2s birthday on Monday and then I'll have 4 teenagers in the house!! She's having a sleepless over next weekend. We'll vacate the living room and leave her to it.

My sister and hubby are coming for a visit this weekend. Its been like preparing for royalty, the house has had a good scrubbing. Lacking inspiration on the cooking front so will muddle through.

Had to go back to the dentist again as I still can't chew properly, it appears my gum has gone very tender and when he put the floss in I nearly hit the roof. He put some antiseptic gel in which helped loads. It's getting better but not quite 100% yet.

    Money matters
Hoping this week to clear the balance on my cc as its been slowly building up again then its time to concentrate on the last 5k of debt. Not sure it will be gone by the end of the year but hoping to at least have halved it.

Amazing debt figures Lucielle, wish mine could come down as quick but I think the last push is probably the hardest. Im down to just below €14000 on the loan but interest is due end of may!!

Sounds like you had a nice time in Skye and the pub night sounds fun, well done to DD I know I could never do a height thing, would scare me to death. Glad the tooth is feeling a bit better now too. Enjoy the bank holiday weekend, hope the weather stays nice too.

Went out for a family meal with my sister and bil as well as the chaps. OH and I decided that we'd pay for it as they always pick up the tab. It has gone on the cc but it shouldn't put us to far back. Clear it by the end of May and then concentrate on Virgin.

Possibly going to the heavy horse show. It did look a nice day but it has gone very grey outside.

Yay to only £5k of debt and slaying at least half of that by the end of the year. Awesome!
