Yum to the Brie pots, how do you cook them?

Brie pots were yum. Fill a ramekin about 3/4 full with brie, top with stewed apple and if you feel like it some crispy bacon. Give them a zap in the microwave and then finish off in the oven. When its gone all gooey and bubbling its ready. Serve with crusty bread and a blob of redcurrant jelly. Enjoy.

Work went ok today. OH has left to go to his sisters and then to Milton Keynes.
DS1 did arrive back very late and shook up. He let his friend drive the borrowed quad and between them they had rolled it. Bent the bars on the back and he realised he was in deep doo doo. Last night it was a different story until I caught him out in his tale this morning. I really don't know where his lying has come from and that's whats !!!!!! me off the most. Can't stand liars! He's 18 in March its time he grew up and grew a pair.
Anyway he has told (allegedly) his new boss and they had a look at it and he said he wouldn't have known if he hadn't told him. OH managed to bend it back into shape (he's had plenty of practice), DS1 has offered to buy a new one but it was declined.
Think I'll take the decorations down tomorrow. Sort of get cleaned up but can't do it properly until the tiling has been finished.

My middle son went through a pain in the @rse stage at a similar age. We had plenty of heated discussions. Eventually, he sorted himself out and is now a charming young man. But there was many a point where I could have quite happily decked him one....Total debt at October 2008: £67,213.30
