Popped into town today, OH dropped me and the girls off and then went to get the tyre fixed. I got some wrapping paper, ready for next year. OH couldn't get it mended today so will have to call back in for it. He managed to get some new wiper blades for Morris as they were squeaking and driving us nuts.
Called in at one of OHs friends to borrow his tile cutter and then Homebase to get a few other bits and bobs. Looks like OH is going to be destroying it yourself tomorrow. I'm back at work, so I'm not sure what kind of chaos I'll come back to. It could be prudent to have a bath tonight as goodness knows how long it'll be out of action for.
Mums not doing very well after her fall, she hasn't been up for a couple of days. I'll phone in a bit for a progress report. My sister sounded brighter today.
Decided not to have any alcohol today. I felt really rough last night, I hadn't had loads to drink but had been steady throughout the day. Anyway so far so good.

Eeerm, bathroom not started and after second visit to homebase, slowly losing the will to live.
OH has been and had his eyes tested, needs varifocals= costs a fortune. Makes me feel a bit better about asking how much new swimming goggles would cost.
No news from home, mum sounded quite chipper the other night but did tell me how it happened again.
Work was ok yesterday, only stayed till 12.45 and then spent the rest of the afternoon slobbing in front of the tele box.

Hmmm, me thinks lazyitis has afflicted him. TBH I'm not that bothered at the moment its nice just to do nothing and for him to have a break. He's got to go to the funeral next week.
