On the way home from work I followed a red squirrel, it scampered in front of me for at least 500 yards.
DS1 has just come in and he has brought beef. Proper chewing meat, great lumps of the stuff! Several bags of mince, sirloin steaks, a lump of rib eye (the rib eye alone would be in the region of 50 quid it weighs a tonne). The farm where he's currently working killed a beast 3 weeks ago and its been hanging and cut up today. He sadi we'd get some but I didn't believe him.
My OH has told me we are going away tomorrow, with no chaps. WE are staying 1 night with the lady I took to the funeral with me, looking forward to seeing her.
I've been told to pack my joddies..............bit nervous not ridden since May last year, so I'm like a kid at Christmas. OH has done this as part of the dreaded day that's looming!

Yes, all snuggled in the freezer, apart from a steak which DS1 has claimed for his dinner.
Have tried jods on and they fit, a good sign me thinks. Hope I get a steady neddy.
