DS1 will get there eventually! I did ask him if there was a lovely female he was trying to impress, sadly not.

Diet wise I'm finding it easy, not mixing just the odd lapse on puddings. The theory behind it is really interesting and as I've said before it was a LBM for me reading it.

No news at the moment regarding mother, will have to phone tonight. Played badminton last night, went straight there from parents evening so it was OH and I for 2 hours until somebody else turned up we were knackered. My knees are protesting this morning.

Taking DS1 to college tomorrow and hoping to get some Christmas shopping done.

  • Never a dull moment for you L is there ?

Sorry to hear about everything going on right now in your life, Mrs B could be right, the Naughty Forties could be the way to go and the decade for you !

My 40th was a nightmare, it was when the bank decided to pull the plug on us, the overdrafts were called in, we couldnt access any money and there were no credit cards ! Everyone expected me to be having some fancy party and Mr PG to present me with Huge Diamonds ( because we are so wealthy as you know !!! ;)) Instead I had to pretend to be ill and hide away indoors !!

Your 40th has gotta be better than that !! :D
