There is nothing wrong with pizza and chips for tea - apart from the calories I suppose!

Bless the toddler, he must have heard it from somewhere to repeat it though.

Sounds like you have a happy household tonight.

    Enjoy your evening!

Another stunner of a day. Why is it at the merest hint of nice weather my chaps automatically want to throw themseleves in to a river? Brrr no chance a day at home methinks. 2 loads of washing on the line and another in.

I'm off to 2 21st in July one after another. My nieces in London is black tie with a hint of strictly, I've a cunning plan to go as a 'flapper'. DD2 couldn't remember what I was going as and DD1 replied a 'slapper!!!!' To say I was slightly put out.........LOL

I'm trying to write some sort of editorial for the business to put in the local rag but my brain won't function, help!

I'm not sure as I've not had to do anything like this before. I would like a couple of paragraphs for the local paper and I need to tweak the website as its not quite right. If you can give me some pointers and probably point out the blimming obvious I would appreciate it. I'm useless at blowing my own trumpet and expect people to know by osmosis!

Shall I email you what I've done so far? If so pm your addy. If not no worries.

Another busy day yesterday and not helped this morning by OHs fancy phone alarm going off from 5am. He can't find where to switch the ruddy thing off.

Had to pick up DS2 from football at 5.45 I mis read it as 4.45 till I checked my diary. Flew home and made tea and put the pie in the oven had to toss a coin to decide which DD was staying at home and it ended up being DD1 not sure if she's hormonal but she's like a viper at the moment.

Got DS2 collected and was about to drive off when he realised he'd left his BORROWED boots on the bus that were needed the next day. I frantically drove up to school to try and catch the bus but failed and then it turned the other way.

Luckily I know where the owners of the company live so I called in and they contacted the driver. Later on they phoned to say they hadn't found them so we were hoping the PE teacher had picked them up. DS2 called the owner of the boots and his mum was lovely and as she's school secretary she phoned the PE teacher and the boots have been found. Phew!

In other news it looks like OHs job is going in July, but no redundancies to be made. It will mean longer shifts on and back to nights which he hates and doesn't want to do. It will also make running a business nigh on impossible. Big decisions to be made and I am stessing. We are nearly sniffing debt freedom and are just sub 10k and this comes along. With the best intention and belt tightening there is no way we can clear it by July.

In other really BIG news my eldest baby is 17 today. He's chuffed with his driving lesson and as I phoned his boss to make sure it was ok (they're lambing at the mo) he had the time off, he doesn't have to worry about that.
