It wasn't a horse box but a long flat bed trailer. I think everyone knew to keep out my way!!! Works nearly finished, yay.

It was going forwards, any reversing and I've had it! Usually the clutch has too!

Lots of positive vibes to the car Gods tomorrow as it goes in for the MOT. OH has the dubious pleasure of that one. Not sure if I'll make badminton tomorrow night as I could do with a night of paperwork and OH can't make it either, as he's got machines to deliver back.

Booked the house dog in at the vets as she isn't getting better. OH is going to bring her to work with him and then I'll take her when I've finished.

Car failed its MOT on the brake pipes, so booked in the garage for next Thursday to be mended.

Got parents evening tonight for DD1, need to have lots of words with unsupportive Spansh teacher. A long day stretching ahead.

Felt very down about the lack of money in the L household, had to borrow a fiver off DS2 to give to DD1 as she needs some cash to get some tea. Roll on Friday when OH gets paid and then roll on Wednesday when I get paid.

    Pah to the car!
    ...and to the Spanish teacher!

...but to you, a huge hug :)

Some days are like this. Just plain hard. Reward yourself after parents evening with a glass of wine and a soak in the tub.

OHs week isn't going much better than mine. He's had 2 fatalities to deal with on the roads and is going to be late back tonight.

Parents evening went ok, DD1 is doing very well (apart from Spanish).

Mum's out of hospital and has reverted back to being completely miserable. Stepdad has gone into a woe is me and whinge mode. Life is great.

Oh Hun soo sorry it's. Even so tough for you ATM . Well done with the trailer - I have a merc van and had 3 minor bumps - all when I've been reversing - 1 one into tree 1 into fence and last one into lampost in car park- just not good so I dread to think what I'd be like with a trailer
    Just keep outa my wayyyy
Great to hear dd is doing well at school - did you manage to spray to Spanish teacher for her .

Thanks for the ((((bugs)))) critters are climbing all over and its amazing where I've found them!!!!! LOL

I thin with the Spanish teacher its a clash of personalities, I've toldd DD1 she can either waloow and get her predicted grade or prove the b1tch wrong and knock her socks off. I'll let her mull that over.

Tired again today, OH woke me up when he came in and I didn't really get any quality sleep after that. Tea was a disaster, used the stock from the ham to make soup in the slow cooker and it was waaaayyyy too salty.

For those of you who've read from the beginning may remember my horse saga and the 'mad' farmer who asked us to leave (in polite terms). I heard yesterday that he'd committed suicide. I hope he's at peace now and his wife can move on, she'd left him sometime last year.

    Well best get on.
