Oh poor you L. How very distressing that your Mum didn't recognize you. Doesn't sound like it's that relaxing back home right now either! I hope your chook recovers. Great news though on the end of the loan!

As long as she's okay, the purple spray stains for ages. A very fetching look when you get it up your fingernails!

Another hectic day yesterday. I arrived home trying to cook tea and tidy up as the accountant was coming. Ds1 came back from work and annouced thathis dog had been eating rat posion. Cue frantic dash to the vets and £50 later dog has been injected and has tablets to take. Ds1 owes me the money.

Accountant stayed for 3 hours but all very productive and as agreed is coming next month for a couple of hours.

Do you ever stop? You're all go!

Bloomin' dog, what was it eating rat poison for? Couldn't it find something equally revolting, but not deadly? Animals.....

    How's the chook?

    Tired...........

Had to take DS1 to hospital for his appointment, he's got to go back again in the morning for another really unpleasant test. Provisionally got an appointment for his operation, which will be in May.

Debt busting not going terribly well. Called in at Lidls on the way home and spent 30 quid, finished off at Asda and another 90 quid gone on not very much. If son is feeling ok tomorrow hoping to call in at Booker and stock up on the basics, so completely skint.

If I can keep awake long enough I'm taking the girls to see Florence and the Machines on Friday, it was part of their Christmas pressies.

I'm not surprised you're tired, you are a mini dynamo!

I hope DS1 will be okay tomorrow, it can't be pleasant for you either.

Once your grocery stocks are back up, you won't need to shop again for a while, so the expenditure will balance out.

    Take care of yourself L
