Thankyou so much for the replies, it does mean a lot to me when people post.

What can I say about the weekend? Stressful, oh yes! I swear my middle sister is losing the plot, the things she's said and done would make your hair curl. I spent a lot of time making some meals to take with me, when I received a text advising that I shouldn't take the food as it would only be for stepdads benefit. Also she'd had a massive argument with SD sister (who's 80 odd) in the middle of the hospital ward. Then to cap it all she 'mistakenly' send it to stepdad followed by another one saying that she meant every word.

I arrived to find SD in bits. Now don't get me wrong he's been no angel as far as I'm concerned, especially when I was at home, but to see him like that was a shock. My oldest sister had managed to calm him down but he had written this letter that 'sounded like a letter to end things'.

We went out for lunch then I visited mum. It took me half an hour before I realised she didn't recognise me............shocked to say the least.

Thought I'd post that before I lost it.

I was spending the night at middle sisters house and TBH absolutely dreading it. To cut a long story short I went to bed early to avoid an argument and years of biting my tongue might've ended.

Morning, she was all sweetness and light and nothing mentioned about the previous evening. We went to Matalan and I got some much needed clothes for the chaps and a new work cardigan for me. Afraid to say this went on the cc. Also had to get 2 new swimming cossies for the girls as theirs were getting a bit see through and they are going scuba diving next week.

Visited mum again and she still didn't recognise me, I keot asking her who I was and she got it wrong.

Meanwhile oldest sister is trying to reason with middle sister, which was proving difficult as she kept putting the phone down. SD had gone away with his son, I haven't spoken to him yet but really hope he's had a good time.

Between visiting times I caught up with an old boss and frined and it was great to catch up. Its so tiring at least with mums memory being a bit dodgy I could keep telling her the same things!!!! Not meant to be flippant but it kept me going.

I called in briefly this morning to say goodbye and then hotfooted it up the motorway.

Anyway in other monetary news, final loan payment came out this weekend that's the last £324.60 made.

CCs have taken a pasting over the last couple of weeks, so the plan of action is to repay those that are interest bearing, including our personal ones.

I have 1 cc thats listed on the snowball and thats got interest on it and our 2 personal ones. The other 2 on the snowball are at 0%. Going for a splodge in the bath.

Woke up this morning feeling less stressed, so pegged some washing out and made the chaps some breakfast.

Then........it went wrong. DS1 opened the car boot and it won't shut, trouble is I'd told them all that it was being awkward and not to open it. then to cap it all his dog (the reason for opening the boot) bogged off and savaged a chook. She's not dead but if she's alive tonight I'll be suprised.

Oh Lucielle I really feel for you, just caught up on your weekend and want to give you a big hug too. Hope things improve with the sister, sounds a real pain behaving like that. Makes my impending royal visit by the outlaws seem bearable now. Anyway hope things start to improve a bit and glad your SD enjoyed his weekend. Hugs
