I've found out I've got too many fluffy bits to go paragliding and I'm over the weight limit. God that makes me feel really good, however its me that's forced the food down my chops and now I'm paying the price.

Cleaned my bedroom carpet with that Vanish carpet powder/shampoo stuff. Can't say I'm impressed with the results, it smells nice but no difference really and it wasn't cheap. So I fired off an email to say how disappointed I was with their product. Did 30 mins of paperwork.

Been to the dentist and had a filling re done so that should sort out the tooth ache. He didn't give it enough anesthetic so it was a bit eek at times. All the chaps gnashers are fine. I treated (if that's the right word) myself to an eyebrow wax, as they've needed doing for ages.

Had to get DD2s passport photos taken as she goes skiing with school next year, so got that sorted meanwhle DD1 found a camera she would like for her birthday, however it comes in at £130, so being a bad mummy I said if she can pull her Spanish grade up to a C, I'll think about it. Then it was a trip to W H Smiths for some Spanish revision books, these have been ordered and paid for. Should be ready for collection on Thursday.

Dropped the chaps off at the swimming pool, dropped DS2s bike off for a repair (OH hates doing bikes), went to Lidl and the Sainsburys as I couldn't get enough fruit in Lidls, picked the chaps up and came home.

Forgot to say that I was talking to a chap I knew at the weekend and he was taking two weeks off work to go lambing. I said that DD! wanted to get some experience but at the moment she would be more of a hindrance than a help. Next thing he's on the phone to his friend and DD1 can go lambing with him. Now the horrible bit..........she's got to be at his house for 5.00am!!!!!!!! Some ruddy holiday this is going to be.

Paragliding?:eek: I think I'd be pleased to be too fluffy....You're a brave woman L to even consider it.

Great that DD can go lambing, but 5:00am?:eek:

Think it might be the incentive needed. I did walk the dog 2 miles this morning. Every little helps.

Well, its snowed! Went to a friends for coffee and it took 2 goes for me to get up the lane. DD1 will be having a baptism of fire for her lambing.

Tooth still feels a bit sore. We were supposed to go and view a house tonight but got a phone call to say it had been sold. Sigh. Its not easy this house buying malarkey.

Got chicken b00bs, filled with cream cheese and wrapped in parma ham, served with veggies.

Hope you find a lovely house soon you really deserve it. Good idea re the spanish though that should do the trick.
