  • Hi lucielle and everyone else too

I have been dipping in to your diary and have now duly subscribed. Really sorry to hear about your Aunt and then the car trouble getting home. It was very good of you to give the other person a lift too and am sure that would have been appreciated.

:o If you are sending out banana bread recipes could you send one this way too please :o i've got a bunch of bananas that we've had about a week and all gone dark now - oops.

Hope your hubby and son like the car that they are looking at and hope your cold clears up soon - i hate trying to learn something new whilst being poorly.

It sounds like you ought to be taking a nice relaxed break this weekend. Take some time out to beat the cold, snuggle up with a book or favourite film. And add in a little pamper time, scented bath with candles perhaps?

Take care and look after yourself.

Would it be possible for you to do that Lucielle. You need to take it easy. Last week with your car/AA and all that travelling wore you out.

Feeling loads better still sporting a red nose to rival a certain reindeers. Took the hounds for walk this morning and then cleaned out the hen shed. I've made a fish pie for tomorrow night and also made an extra 2 to take with me to the fossils when I go. Rustled together an apple and raspberry crumble for tonights tea and will have some left over stewing steak with roast pots and veg. Dropped DS1 off at at frineds house to give his dog some more training. Got to pick the other 3 up from camp shortly.

Yesterday I spent some time at a friends while she helped me build a facebook page for our business, I can't really be bothered with fb as I have too much to do and not really interested who's just done what.

I think I maybe having a midlife crisis as I'm doubting what I want and the work life balance thing. It's hard trying to put it into words but I don't feel content and I don't think its to do with lack of money, possibly lack of purpose???? What are we all here for, kind of thing? Do we have to worship the 'Money God'? I know it helps but............

Anyways best go and get the little darlings.
