Right, two of my friends and I are taking part in a 5k Santa Jog in Cardiff on Dec 6th to raise funds for the British Heart Foundation.We've been told that there are no shower facilites available. Does anybody know where we can get a shower in the City Hall/Bute Park area? We've asked a few hotels but they all said no.
