Right, two of my friends and I are taking part in a 5k Santa Jog in Cardiff on Dec 6th to raise funds for the British Heart Foundation.We've been told that there are no shower facilites available. Does anybody know where we can get a shower in the City Hall/Bute Park area? We've asked a few hotels but they all said no.
This is my quest, to follow that star, no matter how hopeless, no matter how far.

Sorry there are no facilities anywhere that I know of what about getting in touch with a Gym in that area ? after all its all in a good cause.

Sophia Gardens Sports centre should be able to offer changing facilities and showers. Probably not free, but you could just walk in, as there are no barriers.0
