Council tax
I pay a 25% premium on my council tax in Conwy on my second home. I have been prevented for ca 12 months from accessing my property and the benefits I pay for by acts both by the council and by national Wales virus rules. Are there any grounds for me to reclaim any part of this tax back?

Council tax on empty static caravan
We have a static on our land that we used when converting our barn. It’s now empty and used for storage but the council are insisting we need to pay council tax. Why should we pay council tax twice totalling over £300 per month?? Is this right??
