I ordered a parcel over a month ago spending almost £60 and received the wrong parcel that was worth £14 so I have sent back and they said they dont have what i am after in stock so i asked for a refund but I am now being refused a refund what can I do?

I got from a website from Facebook and it shows through my bank as PayPal but it is through a guest account as I have been in contact with PayPal and could call them but with lockdown there's no one to call apparently

As advised post in the Consumer forum rather the in LOCAL MONEY SAVING? LOL You will get more expert advice.

Perfectly possible for that arrangement to be legitimate.  I advertise my UK web site on my facebook page, I use PayPal to accept payments through the shopping cart on my shop and it's possible to check out as a guest through PayPal if using a card to pay, not a PayPal balance.  I received an order earlier today that did just that very thing.

So whilst the OP's issue does sound a bit dodgy, it's equally possible for that scenario to be legit and with a perfectly reputable company that does things properly and offers excellent customer service, as with myself.
