Amazon not using Gift Card balance for my order
Ordered a camera from Amazon Warehouse yesterday and collected it today from a Pass My Parcel pickup point. I was surprised when I looked at the invoice to see that my credit card has been charged and neither the promotional credit nor the gift card balance on my account were used. I've had a chat session during which CS…

I made a purchase from Pixmania a few months ago via Top Cashback and my cashback has been declined in the past couple of weeks. TCB say it's because Pixmania have gone in to administration. No notice of administration is on the website and they still appear to be trading, so is that information correct? If it is correct…

Dunelm + Paypal = no refund
I have searched but could not see this mentioned elsewhere. If you buy online from Dunelm using PayPal and return it in store they will only offer you a credit note they will not refund you via PayPal, I found this disappointing.

The second is where I couldn't find a place to add the discount code and the site seems to have bought a Ebook directly…

Tesco.com groceries problem.
My wife users a Tesco Hudl to order groceries. We have always never been able to place a second order for future delivery until the next delivery due has taken place. Assumed this was the standard, if somewhat silly, way the site was set up. This year we placed a Christmas order when the delivery saver preview slots became…
