Beauty Pie
I'm not one for subscription packages, but for those truly addicted to buying new products, Beauty Pie seems to strip back unnecessary costs and sells at factory prices. Guardian review here. I won't be joining as I know what I like and have sufficient supplies! But it might help someone.

Amazon Subscribe and Save Hack — save an additional 8-9%
I haven't seen this hack mentioned elsewhere on MSE, so thought I would add it. Most of you will know that Amazon's Subscribe and Save offers a 5% discount on thousands of items without commitment. That increases to 15% if you buy five products each month. If you usually buy two or three products a month, it's worth adding…

Keep or return desk?
First time posting on this board, I have a conundrum and hoping you all will be able to help! I've just moved into a new house and am furnishing it. On the weekend I saw a desk a local charity shop. Can't remember name of shoe site - Amazon-owned, 365 days' returns.
Anyone know the name of the UK(?) shoes/bags site, maybe owned by Amazon, which offers 365 days' return? It isn't Zappos, but I can't for the life of me remember the name. I browsed it 2 or 3 years ago and I'm sure it still exists. I don't have any connection to it, but the name stumps me.

John Lewis Refund help
I brought a watch for a xmas gift. It didn't fit the person so I got a refund on the 27th Dec. I haven't received anything yet from John Lewis (JL) and I'm getting a bit worried. I think the JL website said it should take 5 days but I'm not sure how that works with what TSB (my bank) and JL regard as holidays? Any advice?
