Has anyone else here experienced ordering a video doorbell via ring.com?
When you go on the website, the prices are in £'s and the contact number at the bottom is a UK number. The shipping FAQ's don't mention anything about the products being shipped from overseas.
I got a code for £30 off on the ring.com website. With that code, it made it cheaper than Amazon, so I ordered direct.
A few days later got a tracking number and saw it was coming from Hong Kong!
Now I'm facing £30 import VAT, £8 customs duty, and a DHL admin fee of £11!
