Has anyone claimed against a bank whom they have a credit card with ? and what happened to that debt ? I understand the paying back of an overdraft but what about credit card debt is this affected ? Can any one help

Charged interest on CREDIT balance!!!!!
I'm speechless!!!! After carrying out a balance transfer from my Virgin credit card I realised I had overpaid and ended up with a CREDIT of £23 still on the account.
