National Parking Control fine appeal rejected even with proof of payment
I paid for parking by debit card 2/5 but didn't keep the ticket. I got sent a fine saying I hadn't paid. I appealed it and emailed copy of bank statement showing payment made but they have rejected my appeal. How can they reject an appeal when I've proved I've paid? I've now put an appeal into "IAS"
