CCJ from CP Plus Ltd t/a GroupNexus DCA

Shockingly noticed CCJ £233 on credit karma.

Called Court-CNBC , they emailed PoC. It's PCN from private car park sent to my previous address. No replies to PCN, so CP Plus Ltd passed it to Direct Collection Bailiffs Ltd to chase.

Date of parking 03/07/25. I sold the car 20/09/25.

My new car registered to address I moved to. Electoral, etc registered and updated.

PCN and Court Claim issued at address I left, I never had chance to pay or defend.

I've evidence to show/prove my new address.

I parked there on 03/07 as crew member of filming coy who must have paid for parking slot.

Since 10/09/26 I receive judgement info, I've called and emailed both CP PLUS & DCB Legal for consent to set aside, but they haven't given consent. DCB said over the phone that they'll reply to my email, but haven't.

Only automated replies to make payment or appeal.

CCJ is less than £321 to set aside, it's unfair to obtain default behind my back. Moreover, CCJ stays for 6 yrs and affects obtaining credits.

Help will be appreciated guys.

What is the date of the CCJ ? Is it 10th September 2026. ?
