Shake calcium fortified drinks before pouring
In a recent US study, researchers found that the added calcium can settle in the bottom of the carton/bottle........forming a calcium sludge. If the calcium is on the bottom of the container, you're not getting in your glass.......so shake the container immediately before pouring.
