You might care to try NETDOCTOR discussion forums though of course you have to realise that replies posted there, like here, are simply from members of the public and as such do not consitute professional health advice but this is made clear in their conditions of use. However they do allow members of the public to comment which is more than some other sites do.

If you have a particular condition then it might be worth posting that here and I'll see if I can find an active support forum for that condition but forums do vary a lot in their level of activity which is why I find it disappointing that one of the most active UK forums is least helpful in respect of health issues.
