Paying tax whilst detached
Hello everyone, I, like alot of service personnel, have spent alot of time in this financial year out of the UK, namely in Afghanistan. Am I able to reclaim my tax for the time that I'm away or are we exempt for some reason? Also, is there any way of reclaiming the tax and/or NI on my commitment bonus? Regards

Co-Location
Hi Does anyone know the AP or rules for Co-location? I am at a remote location so limited access to these things. I have spoken to the Chief clerk at my parent unit and he told me to think about it. We are both serving in the RAF , and it is easier for me to re-located to where my fiance is. We get married in July. I will…

Any hints on how to do a Presentation sales pitch
Son has to do a presentation sales pitch as part of his selection interview but we are not sure where to start. Bascially he has to say why you think he should be employed, and to focus on skills and qualifications and personal achievements that will stand him in good stead for a career in the corps. It says not to recite…
