Very slow computer :(
Hi all. My computer is coming up to 18 months old. I remove all the temp internet history etc. What else can I do to speed it up a bit? Is it a case of something I can do for myself or is there a free program I can use to speed up my computer? Thank you.

MS Office 2010 - can work be saved as older versions?
Can anyone who has used this confirm whether it is possible to save work 'as' older versions please? I know you can do this with previous versions of Office. DD wants Office for her laptop but will need to be able to save work as 2003 or 2007 files in order to be compatible with school computers.
