So i have download XP Sp2 from windows site and i keep trying to install it on Windows Professional but it seems to stop at certain points in the installation Any ideas to get it to complete the installation? thanks S

Right daughter is in Cuba and she has just rung me to say that her i-pod isn't working. it is a new one and she has only had it 1 week before she went away. She said that he songs are not playing and they are just moving onto the next song, then nothing and moving on to the next one. Anyone any ideas. thanks

Winfile32.exe detected on PC
AVG has just detected winfile32.exe on my PC and I have pressed heal on the options. I gather this is a worm but don't know how serious it is or what it does. Do I have to take any further action, or is it sufficient that AVG has apparently healed it ?

Have you got the plugin foir adobe flash player 9 for firefox? Worth a try As to other problem....not connected to the internet e.g page not found...but its a correct page e.g. google, or cannot connect to network. You didnt say if using a router i presume u are?
