AVG has just detected winfile32.exe on my PC and I have pressed heal on the options. I gather this is a worm but don't know how serious it is or what it does. Do I have to take any further action, or is it sufficient that AVG has apparently healed it ?

should be ok if AVG healed it....
may be worth a full scan of the pc with it in safe mode to be sure
