lot of webpage email addresses open up with outlook express , what i cant understand is how this works if im using someone elses pc or one at a interenet cafe , as i assume OE has to be configured:mad: :mad: (jeez

You can't. If they have configured Outlook Express, the emails will appear to have been delivered from their address.
Just copy and paste the email address in to your webmail account.0
