AOL - are they throttling download speeds?
I've noticed the fastest I can download on my AOL 1MB is now 60-ish kb/sec. It used to be around 100-ish. I'm not sure whether to put this down to network traffic at this time or possible throttling, it seems to be happening more often these days.
