Scrolling down on internet explorer
I had to reinstall windows on my laptop after it became unstable. Everything is going fine apart from one thing. When I scroll down on internet explorer it seems to refresh the page every time i press/move down thus making scroll downs jerky. How do I solve this problem? sam

I have been using a 'borrowed' version of Jasc paint shop pro to view and edit any picture files I have.
