Mysterious Student Loan Payment
Today I had almost £50 paid into my bank account by the student loans company. It was split into two separate transactions. I have no idea what this money is. It's a bit too early for this term's student loan to go in. Some kind of adjustment for underpayment perhaps? Any ideas?

Halifax Student Current Account / Web Saver
Just as note that, as from today, the Halifax Web Saver has a lower interest rate (a pathetic 1.1%) than their student current account (2%).
