Mysterious Student Loan Payment

Today I had almost £50 paid into my bank account by the student loans company. It was split into two separate transactions. I have no idea what this money is. It's a bit too early for this term's student loan to go in. Some kind of adjustment for underpayment perhaps? Any ideas?

Just wondering, but do you claim for anything under the Disabled Students' Allowance? £50 in two installments seems odd, so I'm wondering if you've recently claimed under that, which would explain it.0
