query about new users (anti spam)- limits on posts?
i see that new users 'sodiwe' and 'wdwoei' have been busy in the past hour or so, with their spam.. (both have been reported). i am surprised that there is seemingly no limiit set the number of posts per day (hour?!), for new users, to deter such things?

Do I apply for a personal loan
