Not receiving weekly tips email

Over the last month or so I haven't been receiving my tips email. I use Hotmail and have done all of the recommended things ie, added tips email address to safe sender list, added to contact list in Hotmail, allowed it in Internet Security spam filter. I have also contacted my ISP (as MSE instructions suggest) to give them MSE's IP address (but my ISP said it wasn't anything to do with them). I've pm'd Webmaster, and emailed furtherhelp, and not had any response (I fully appreciate how they haven't got the time to deal with an individual case like this). I just wondered whether anyone else was experiencing similar problems with not receiving weekly tips email via Hotmail.

Mine come through on gmail just fine.

Why not resubscribe on that or another service (ISP or not)?

I'm not getting it either and have done all the tips. Even tried to resubscribe but don't get the confirmation email

What next?

Yes! Me! Although nothing seems to go right with me as far as computers are concerned, in the last month, these emails haven't been turning up. I've been on the mailing list for ages and this is the first time it's happened. I've subscribed with my googlemail and it works ok.

yep ,I've been having the same problem for a couple of months now. I re-signed up a few times which didn't work either, then finally it did work and I got 2 weeks emails and then nothing again. Tried to re subscribe again when I didn't get last weeks again and haven't had the confirmation email. Its getting really annoying now, I don't want to change my email over as I've had the address for years and it would be a pain!

I don't really want to change email addresses either.

Can anyone at MSE Towers look into this problem?

guys... iv'e opened a case with hotmail support here and they are looking into it.

Hopefully they might be able to come up with a fix

I normally receive them fine on my Hotmail but I missed out this week and I dont know why!!
