Giving up smoking ... no support thread?

I'm giving up smoking next week and this is the first place I tried for support (after all it is all about money saving :rolleyes:).

There doesn't appear to be a forum for this, unless I'm missing something?

Would it not be a good idea to have a forum dedicated to this? It would be a great comfort to go through this (very) difficult stage with other MSE'ers, share experiences and ultimately save a stack of money, not to mention vastly improve our health!

There's also a whole load of e-cigarette smokers on the Health Board if you would find that useful!

Thanks for the support lizzie I've gone 10 months before now, but stupidly lit up again ... it WON'T happen this time:rolleyes: From Wednesday, when I've finished Allen Carr's book, I'll be a non-smoker, for good:D
