Unsubscribing from a forum by accident

In the list of subscribed forums on the user control panel, it looks like this:

If I'd a penny for every time I've clicked on the second line of that when I meant to hit the first...well, I wouldn't be rich but I'd have a few more pennies.
It's not, I feel, a very good design - either the unsubscribe link needs to be further away from the forum name, or there needs to be a click-to-confirm rather than the current immediate unsubscription.
