Thanking on the HP and recession forum

Can anyone help me?

I've been trying to give thanks a lot lately -someone has to- but my screen is doing a weird thing of jumping to the top of the screen when I click on anybodies thanks.

Why does it do this and how can I stop it?

Its making me feel really queasy.

Me too.:D, in fact lets have a pyramid thanking thread, after all it sort of fits in with Brown's pyramid economy.

Grr. I'm not trying to get thanks I'm trying to GIVE thanks, and I can, but then it hops to the top of the page making me feel like I'm on a fairground ride and I don't like it. Then I have to scroll down to where I was again. If I'm going to thank 39 posts on a page its going to get very annoying.

I thought one of you lot who know everything about everything might tell me how to fix it.:o

Work harder at it, and stop moaning. The rest of us are quietly getting on with our thanking, and do you hear us complaining - oh no.

It does sound irritating, and I would be tempted to reboot, try running different browser, or at its most simple - just stop thanking.

reboot and change browser were what I took as the first two suggestions.
