Glasgow Hogmanay event cancelled
Just in case anyone was planning to go, the Council have just cancelled the main event in George Square due to the weather. It's horrible here in Edinburgh too - no news about cancellation in Princes Street yet though. I'm glad I'm staying in tonight!!! Happy new year, whatever you're doing! Jackie

SECC carnival
Anybody got any advice on the cheapest way to do the carnival, like the best place to get tickets etc.We're heading down after the New Year and there's 5 of us, 3 adults one is disabled and two kids 7 and 9. Any pointers gratefully received.Happy New Year!!!!
