Just about to fill in a Northern Rock fixed rate ISA form online. First question on the application is which Fixed Rate Cash - issue 88 - 89 or 90. Anyone noticed the Bradford & Bingley Good for life ISA is now paying 3%:eek: Crikey, I can get more than that in an ordinary account even after tax. Trust accounts - taxed?
can anyone confirm if trust accounts are taxed? My father passed away last year and we set up a trust account for IHT purposes.......just got a statement back with tax being taken off interest. Is that correct? Or do I have to fill in a tax return to claim it back?
