This is my post from a previous thread I posted on Sunday.
I received my statements of closure and the new certificate for the 1 year fixed rate ISA @5.75% on Tuesday (statements) & Wednesday(new certificate)
Waited till now to ring and find out why my husbands documents weren't through.
Well...The Matured Tessa ISA @ £9000+ in their words...they have lost!
Transferred out of account on 5th and account closed 13th
They don't know where it's gone.
The Members ISA Bond £33000+ is still sitting there as a Members ISA Bond.
The chap my husband spoke to couldn't tell him any more than that. He has to ring the ISA team tomorrow and find out what they're going to do about it.
Good job it was my husband who has to speak to them, had it been mine they'd messed up...well
What do they employ these days.
I took 1 year fixed 5.75% forms in to my local Nationwide branch earlier this week. One for myself and one for my husband.
We were consolidating matured Tessa bonds & Members ISA Bonds into the 1 Year Fixed Isa Bonds.
On the forms you have to fill in the % so I hope 5.75% is what they are opened as. If not, I will complain very loudly.

Well, my husband rang the Nationwide ISA team this morning and got a different story.
The chap said that both accounts were closed but that the action to consolidate them into a 1 year fixed ISA had been done.
He said he would chase up the team responsible, to check that the paperwork had been initiated. If hubby doesn't hear in the next few days, he's to contact them again.
Being as hubby's forms went in the day after mine - and I received my paperwork and certificate on Tuesday & Wednesday...Should have had his by now.
Oh well, just have to wait and see, all we can do for the moment.0
