does any one on here think of interest as a bonus or even a living? I've got lots of thoughts on it. But I'd like other opionions first, before I open my big mouth. of course everyone wants the best rate they can get, but is even getting the top rate just treading water?

New Post Office Geb 125%
Just seen an ad in the Telegraph about new Post Office GEB issue. It pays 125% of growth over 5yrs or 75% over 3, with the former being as good as the newly-closed ns&i GEB. Like all GEBs the money is guarranteed. Can anyone investigate it further?

ICICI application - no response
I applied for the HiSave account on 1st July and supposedly they were to send out a confirmation email within 2 days. I have not heard from them and my email quoting the reference number remained unanswered too. Are they swamped or what? Does anybody else have the same problems?

AA interest dropped on Internet Savings Account
Yesterday (11th July) I received a letter from the AA stating that the interest dropped from 5.31% to 5.21% from 24th June. Bloody cheeck informing their customers 2 weeks after the event.
