I have been a Civil Servant for 9y6m and as of 1st April 2011, I will be transferred to a contractor. All T&C's are to be transferred under TUPE and I am wondering if this covers the payout for VR? Morning All Does anybody have the knowledge to help with the following please? If you take redundancy on say the 31st Jan 2011 and gte paid for it.
