Where do i stand with this?

Right in short..... I was given 90 day redundancy notice in August along with a settlement figure in writing. Now it seems the company has miscalculated my entitlement and now proposes to pay less than I was expecting (not by a lot). The union rep is also the head of HR!!!!!!! A relative is convinced I should be given another 90 days notice of this alteration?

    Very unlikely.

Did you not check the calculations yourself?

Often companies get them wrong especialy with the service and outstanding holidays.

What sort of error have they made?

Were you actualy put on notice of termination with 90 days, was that your contractual notice?
