My son has just ended his summer contract - he has paid £108 tax on his £4321.26 earnings - he has just signed on for job seekers - how can he get this tax back? or will he be able to get this back?

It may be paid back though the tax system for JSA, failing that he can write to the HMRC and ask for it - but they won't entertain a letter until after the tax year has ended as hes still looking for a job and may find something.0
