VR and holiday pay

This ones a bit confusing, Any thoughts please?

I took VR in Feb and had my baby in April. My SMP has just ran out and I'm due my P45 anyday now.

My question is am I entitled to claim for holiday days acured as I am just receiving my P45 now? and technically still am an employee?

I know this might sound a bit mean but believe me our company made me and my colleague's lives a misery when we were pregnant and taking VR, they tried every trick in the book to make life hard for us and they should be ashamed because they are a big company.

This is just a little bit of pay back if hopefully they have missed a little loop hole here?

    When you took VR what was the confirmed date on your terminaton of employment? This should be confirmed to you in writing when you were dismissed.
