Hi Can anyone advise if all welcome loans had PPI's, I had three loans with them and I am sure they all had insurance. However, Aviva insurance are saying that they don't. Unfortunately, I do not have paperwork as this was some time ago. Where can I get a copy of the agreements, does Welcome have to provide these?

Where do I go from here?
I took a personal loan out with Sainsburys Bank in Aug 2002 for £6000. It was repaid over a 3 year period, the final payment made in Oct 2005. PPI was included as part of the "deal" though not needed or wanted. I thought I was out of time in trying to claim for mis-sold PPI but I received a phone call from an agency who…

Lloyds TSB PPI (Or LPI) advice - RESOLVED!
All, back in May 2006 I took out a loan with Lloyds TSB which included what is called in my statement, 'Loan Protection Insurance'. Am I right in thinking this is the same as PPI? Possibly a stupid question but...
I declared myself bankrupt back in Feb 2005, I've been discharged now for approaching 5 years (will be 5 in October). A large chunk of what I owed and what tipped me over the edge was the PPI I was paying at the time... Would I be eligible for any kind of compensation? I suspect not but I feel it's worth asking... Thanks,

will YB close my account if i claim back PPI?

What's stopping me from going ahead with the claim is that I'm a student, I still bank with YB, and I have an overdraft with them for…
