Hi

I am not entirely sure what I am doing so if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated. I am about to send off 2 questionaires to Black Horse regarding PPI on loans. Has anyone done this and been successful, if so, do you have a letter that I can crib from? (doesn't have to be Black Horse)

I look foward to hearing from anyone that can help.

Thanks
Michelle ;)

Hi Michelle the questionnaire is normally enough, Have you filled in the questionnaire? , you can add a covering letter just explaining what you are writing for and explain reason for being mis sold, keep a copy of your questionnaire of you can x

    Hi Michelle and welcome

As Halphy says you can write a cover letter to enclose with the questionnaire, for instance if you have anything further to add.

These FOS questionnaires replace the first reclaiming template letter, and have not long been issued by the financial ombudsman service (FOS) to use for this purpose.
You then of course send to the ones who sold and set up your policy, they have 8 weeks in full to respond.

Remember to keep copies, because if they do not resolve in your favour by a final decision, you can then complete the FOS complaints form that you will find on their website, and also enclose a copy of the questionnaire that you sent to the company who mis sold you the policy, and the final letter of the decision.
This is a quicker method for the FOS, which makes it easier for them to investigate.

Hopefully though it won't go as far as that, and the business will resolve in your favour.

Even though the first usual template is replaced by the FOS questionnaire, there is a template letter that I have added on this site, which can be used as a guide.

Hope this helps and good luck.;)

I know its bad form to mocking spelling but I couldn't help have a chuckle at "omnibus"

Hi, yeah sorry about the spelling mistake. Thanks to everyone for your help, advice and template letter, I have drawn up letters now and will be sending them tommorrow by recorded delivery so with some luck I will have some news soon as it only took them 4 days to provide me with copies of my agreements.

If lucky I should receive nearly £2,000 with the interest.

Thanks again and I will let you know the outcome.

    Cheers
