Advice on PPI - HELP!
How do I go about finding out if I have a PPI on any of my credit cards or loan? Also once I have discovered that I may have it on any one of them, how do I find out whether I agreed to the PPI many years ago? I'm concerned that they may say I agreed to it. But then how do I know for certain if I did agree or not, if I…

Unsure on PPI
I've been reading about all this and I'm not sure whether I am really eligible to claim. In the past, I've always had PPI on car loans, my main one being a £17.5k 'options' scheme for 3 years on a new BMW. I know I was paying about £430/month but having thrown out the paperwork, I'm unsure as to how much the PPI was on…

Do I have a claim?

When I was made redundant earlier this year I called the insurers, only to discover that the payment protection was only payable in the event of death or critical illness - but not redundancy. Moreover I have looked again at the…
