i am getting charged on my credit card (Halifax) for repayment cover almost £12 every month since last five years, can i reclaim back this amount from Halifax? i am not sure if i have signed agreement or not.

Hi There. If you do not need this cover just cancel it. You usually have to give a months notice. Yes you can claim this back if you feel it was added to your account without your knowledge. Sometimes what they did was to have a pre ticked box that you would automatically have to opt outof if you did not want the insurance.
Go for it and Good Luck. I have got PPI on Credit cards back on 1 x Barclaycard. 2 x A and L (MBNA) and I have a Lloyds still with the FOS. I also have got back the late payment charges on the above plus about 3 others as well so you may consider doing this.
