Advice on PPI - HELP!

How do I go about finding out if I have a PPI on any of my credit cards or loan?
Also once I have discovered that I may have it on any one of them, how do I find out whether I agreed to the PPI many years ago?
I'm concerned that they may say I agreed to it. But then how do I know for certain if I did agree or not, if I have no record myself?
Please help.

Hello there
You write to them and request for a copy of the CCA (copy of the agreement), enclose a postal order or cheque payment of £1, they should supply by 12 days.
If you do not have the account number write in as many personal details as possible in order for them to track this down, you may even find the account number to the finance on your bank statements from when you were paying for this.
Its your word against their basically, but if this went as far as the financial ombudsman service (FOS), they will consider both sides, however, you may still have a good case, good luck.

You will find templates and useful info on ppi, they have 8 weeks to respond and if any of the ppi mis selling you think occurs to you, then write that in the letter.
Let us know how you get on and we shall help you through to the next step if required in case another letter is needed. Good luck.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

Hi Vicky and welcome.;)
Please feel free to ask us to help you on this.
The more you will pay is for a few stamps.
I would be aware of claims companies, especially when it comes to fees etc, where you can do this with the help from us on this site and use the templates on the link posted below.
Check the link and come back to post if you want us to help.;)
